Neaves Coaches was founded in the 1930s by the late Mr Percy Neave. The company is based in the village of Catfield, in the Broadland region of Norfolk, between Gt Yarmouth and Norwich..

Daphne Holburn, Percy Neave's daughter, joined the company in 1975. She served several years as Transport Manager and became Managing Director when the company was incorporated in 1985. Daphne takes much after her father and concedes to having a determined personality. She is insistent on the setting and achievement of high standards.

Richard Hipkiss joined as Operations and Transport Manager in 1998. Richard is another coach enthusiast and keen to develop the company's role in private and corporate coach hire and in business travel. Richard's wife, Anita, manages the bookings for excursions and tours.

Trevor Howlett, the Company Accountant and Office Manager, joined in 1995 and is key to the successful day to day running of the company.
